gcd33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gcd33 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the gcd33 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, promotional offers, and any related services made available to players in Bangladesh and elsewhere.

By accessing gcd33, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of gcd33 and close your account.

To register and use gcd33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. gcd33 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of gambling in your location.

gcd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or location at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by or used by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any remaining deposits returned subject to verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on gcd33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. The following conditions apply to all gcd33 accounts:

• You must register using your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• gcd33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point gcd33 deems necessary. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gcd33 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• gcd33 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any benefits associated with it to any other person.

gcd33 may close or suspend any account that has been inactive for an extended period. We will notify you by the contact details provided during registration before taking such action where reasonably practicable.

gcd33 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, with a focus on mobile banking solutions widely used in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on gcd33:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. gcd33 reserves the right to alter minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. gcd33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits found to originate from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated player account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. gcd33 processes verified withdrawals via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• gcd33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a violation of these Terms, or where additional verification documents are required.
• All transactions on gcd33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player and are determined by the player's bank or mobile banking provider.

gcd33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking institutions. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact gcd33 customer support with your transaction reference number.

gcd33 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and IPL. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions). The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is claimed. Players must meet the wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Play from the bonus balance is restricted to eligible games as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• gcd33 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of the bonus terms.
• No bonus may be claimed more than once per player per promotion period unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus constitute fraud.
• gcd33 may at its discretion withdraw a promotional offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player. Once claimed, the bonus terms remain as stated at the time of claim.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of award unless a different expiry is stated in the promotion terms. Unused free spins expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

gcd33 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce a limit are processed immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure time alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a set period. These reminders are designed to help you stay aware of how long your gaming sessions last.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from gcd33. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked from all gaming activity and no new deposits will be accepted. To request self-exclusion, contact gcd33 customer support or use the account settings tool.
• Reality Checks: gcd33 may display periodic on-screen reality check notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position during extended play sessions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gcd33. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and may result in civil or criminal liability:

• Opening or operating more than one account on gcd33. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and the associated balances forfeited.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with gcd33.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to interact with gcd33 in a manner that is not consistent with normal human play.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose. gcd33 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspicious activity as required by applicable law.

gcd33 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, gcd33 reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold any pending withdrawal, conduct an investigation, and take such further action as it considers appropriate including permanent account closure and legal action.

All content available on gcd33, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof, is the property of gcd33 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on gcd33 without the prior written consent of gcd33. Any unauthorised use of gcd33 content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gcd33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gcd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gcd33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of a balance, gcd33 will investigate and apply a fair resolution. gcd33's decision on such matters is final.

gcd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Clause 6.
• gcd33 reasonably suspects that you have engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• You have requested account closure in accordance with a self-exclusion request or voluntary closure.
• You are found to be under the age of 21, or you have been determined by gcd33 to be ineligible to hold an account for any other reason.

Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations will have their balance forfeited in its entirety.

gcd33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gcd33 will notify registered players via the contact details provided during registration or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of gcd33 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting gcd33 customer support.
